Hello, I’m Rosie, an award-winning beauty therapist and permanent
make-up artist with more than 18 years of experience in the beauty industry.
I’m incredibly proud to have won the Powder Brows 3 Years+ category at Queen’s Night UK & Ireland 2026.
From my beautifully quaint salon in Exmouth, Devon, I specialise in fine line tattoos, permanent make-up (PMU), lashes and brows.

Available for Powder Brows, PMU Lip Blush and PMU Eyeliner, and my new passion: Fine Line Tattoos. As well as Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Tint and/or Shape, Waxing, Bio Sculpture Gel Nails, Electrolysis and Ear Piercing.
A Patch Test is required at least 48 hours prior to the first session of selected treatments. Treatments will be cancelled if the Patch Test has not been carried out and a cancellation fee will be applied
